Pacific Gateway residential scheme to be developed in Costa Mesa

A new luxury multifamily residential community, tentatively called Pacific Gateway, will be constructed in Costa Mesa, California which is designed to provide an upscale staying experience to the home dwellers.

Sprawling over a 2.5-acre site on the northwest corner of Bernard Street's intersection with Harbor Boulevard, near the western terminus of California State Route 55, the new community will consist of a mid-rise residential building adjacent to a four-storey parking facility.

Upon completion, the 113-unit community will offer apartment units with up to three bedrooms and two baths averaging 985 square feet each. All units will feature nine-foot ceilings, full-size washers and dryers, and condominium-quality finishes including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

Apart from that the scheme will also provide common-area amenities like a luxury swimming pool, an outdoor pavilion with fireplace, and a business centre.

Construction on the scheme will start in April 2013 and is expected to complete in the fourth quarter of 2014.
