OTC breaks ground on new centre in Waynesville
Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) has broken ground on the new OTC Waynesville Centre in Waynesville, Missouri, US estimated to cost about $5 million.
The facility will be located on a 4.5 acre-area. It will span over an area of 28,560 square feet and will encompass a single floor. The property will house 11 classrooms, computer labs, as well as a pair of science labs. Among its various other features include a student commons/lobby zone, a quiet study area, administrative offices, along with 324 parking areas.
The new building will be constructed by the City of Waynesville. OTC will pay the bond as well as respective interest to the City over a 20-year lease agreement. The new facility is due to open by early 2013.
