Opus Group to construct warehouse for Maxzone
US-based commercial real estate company, Opus Development Corporation, has been awarded a contract to develop and construct a build-to-suit industrial warehouse for Maxzone Vehicle Lighting Corporation in West Dundee.
Designed by Opus AE Group, the warehouse facility will span 223,488-square-foot. It will be located over 11.3 acres in the Oakview Corporate Park.
The warehouse facility will feature 3,000 square feet of office space, 20 truck docks, two drive-in doors and ample parking for employees and customers.
Construction will begin by August 2012 with completion slated for the end of this year. The facility will be constructed by Opus Development Corporation.
