NVR unveils model home for new residential community in Ohio
US-based home builder NVR Inc. has announced that its Ryan Homes division has opened the new Ravenna model single family home at The Villages of Winding Creek-Creekside in Clearcreek Township, Ohio.
Ravenna homes offers up to six bedrooms and a maximum of four bathrooms. The homes have colonial style central hall with a rear staircase. The foyer is connected to the large family room. Either side of the family room have a formal living room and dining room. Ryan Homes is offering an option for a fireplace in either of two locations.
Ravenna homes have a large eat-in kitchen with an optional island and large pantry. Owners will also have options for a morning room with breakfast bar and gourmet island. Situated next to the kitchen is the home office, which is connected to the living areas. Off the home office is a powder room and mud room.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and two baths standard, along with a second floor laundry. Both the owner's suite featuring a large walk-in closet and optional separate soaking tub and shower. The home buyers will also have option for an additional bonus room and optional closet for a fifth bedroom. The homes have traditional elevations and porches.
All Ravenna homes will be fully Energy Star-qualified and bring about a saving of 30% on monthly utility bills. The homes also carry a 10-year structural warranty from the builder.
