NVR opens new residential community in Maryland
US-based homebuilding and mortgage banking company NVR Incorporated's NVHomes has opened a new townhome and single family home community called Deep Creek Village in Annapolis, Maryland.
The community is being developed on Broadneck Peninsula of Anne Arundel County and is the county's only planned community. The three storied townhomes offer three bedrooms and up to three and a half baths and up to two car garage.
The distinguishing elements of the homes include granite countertops in the kitchen, hardwood flooring in the entry foyer and main level powder room, ceramic tiled baths, brushed nickel hardware and accessories, walk-in closets and a luxury en-suite bathroom with master bedroom.
The single family homes are three storey homes, which have options for up to five bedrooms and up to four and a half baths. Each home has a two car garage. The other prominent elements of the homes include granite countertops in the kitchen, hardwood flooring in the entry foyer and main level powder room, brushed nickel hardware and accessories and walk-in closets. The owner's suite features a luxury en-suite bath, while other bathrooms feature ceramic tiles.
Inside both townhomes and single family homes, the homes have NVHomes' Signature Kitchen featuring Timberlake maple cabinetry, GE appliances and a unique range hood in European style, which is hidden behind the furniture-grade cabinetry. The buyers also have options of brick/stone facade, morning rooms, finished recreation rooms, extensive hardwood and ceramic tile flooring.
All the units are fully ENERGY STAR qualified and bring about a saving of 30% on monthly utility bills. The company is also offering 10-year structural warranties on the homes. Each home has been independently inspected for quality by a third-party inspector.
