NVR opens new Ravenna model home in Virginia
US-based mortgage banking companies NVR, Inc. has opened a new single–family model home, named as the Ravenna model home, at Crystal Lake South in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Exhibiting a beautiful lakefront view, the Ravenna home offers various floor plans like ranch style living, first floor owner suites and two-storied homes.
The spacious homes can include up to six bedrooms and up to four baths. It also features an optional morning room with a breakfast bar and a gourmet island in the kitchen.
In addition to that, the model home also features eat-in kitchen with an optional island and a large pantry. The laundry is conveniently located at the second floor. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet, an optional soaking tub and a shower. All the homes come with a two car garage and a tankless hot water heater.
Like all other NVR homes, the Ravenna is also Energy Star-certified
