NVHomes opens new homes at Creekside Preserve in New Jersey
US-based NVR Inc. has announced that its NVHomes division has opened new Clifton Park model homes, a cluster of luxury estate single family homes, at Creekside Preserve in Lambertville, New Jersey.
The 14-unit Clifton Park homes have been built on 2- to 16-acre homesites in a wooded community and have been designed to render utmost luxury to the residents. The unobstructed views of the Delaware River Valley is likely to add to the benefits of the home owners.
The homes feature two-storey foyer, which is punctuated by a waterfall staircase. The foyer leads to the formal dining and living rooms, as well as the great room, which are all separated by beautifully appointed columns.
The homes boast a spacious kitchen that has a walk-in pantry and a huge island, which offers ample counter space. The upper floors accommodates four bedrooms, complete with en-suite bath and walk-in closet. The luxury owner's bath has a centrally placed soaking tub, dual vanities, separate shower and compartmentalized water closet.
