The Address Residence Sky View, a new mixed-use scheme, which consists of premium hotels, residences and serviced apartments, has been launched in Downtown Dubai, which is designed by the global architectural practice Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

The project involves development of two 50 storied towers, which will accommodate hotel, residence and serviced apartment. The twin-tower complex will be built atop a podium. The Address Residence Sky View will have a height of 230 metre.

The project will offer 532 serviced apartments, which have been designed in a way to ensure optimal light across all living spaces. The apartments will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, enabling the residents to enjoy the views of Downtown Dubai or the Gulf.

A unique feature of the project is a Sky Bridge, which will span the towers. The Sky Bridge will accommodate a signature restaurant, ballroom, infinity pool with amenity deck.

The distinct materials and textures to be used in the development will consist of wood, glass, stone and beautiful leathers with soft lighting, which will evoke a sense of luxury.
