British manufacturer of contract furniture Morgan Furniture has supplied various types of seating facilities for the Runnymede Hotel in Egham, Surrey, UK.

The firm supplied furniture for upgrades to the hotel's The Lock Bar & Kitchen as well as the foyer of the Grand Union conference suite. The Lock now sports a new relaxed home-style interior featuring a host of sofas, dining chairs and bar stools. A bespoke version of the Seville 453 bar stool of Morgan has been installed in the area. It also sports a special increased height to match up with the present bar counter.

Lock has also been equipped with Morgan's bespoke Ribb sofas made of an Oak species timber. The sofas are a bit higher and wider compared to the standard model to enhance comfort and privacy during informal meetings. The area also features the modern-styled Soho sofa. Soho sports softened corners and comprises scatter cushions in different fabrics.

The foyer of the Grand Union suite now incorporates Seville 775 chairs from Morgan. Their design provides a contemporary take on the conventional wing chair with a comfortable back and is ideal for lounge spaces.
