Miami Airport Convention Centre completes upgrades
The Miami Airport Convention Centre in Florida, US has completed a $15 million makeover.
The centre spans over an area of 152,000 square feet. The refurbishment of the facility involved the 48,000 square feet Trade Show and Exhibition Facility. It also offered upgrades to its social function ballroom which is one of the largest ballrooms in the state with an area of 29,000 square feet.
The project has also provided a facelift to the Educational Conference Centre covering an area of 75,000 square feet and equipped it with advanced technology. In addition, renovations have been carried out to more than 40 breakout rooms donning different configurations and dimensions. The trade show and exhibition hall can be connected to the property's ballroom/conference facilities to host large events needing up to 108,000 square feet of trade show area.
