MC Companies completes construction of residential community in Arizona
US-based MC Companies has completed construction on The Place, a residential community at Canyon Ridge in Tucson, Arizona.
The Place at Canyon Ridge shares its neighbourhood with the University of Arizona, Pima Community College, local shopping and the I 10 freeway. The project involved development of 116 residential apartments for rental purpose.
The residential units are a mix of one and two bedroom apartments. The amenities for the residents comprises all electric gourmet kitchens with pantry and center islands, breakfast bars, designer cabinets, tile or carpet flooring, private balcony or patio and centralised air conditioning and heating. Select units also have washers and dryers and bay windows.
The community will also offer few common amenities, including a spacious clubhouse, fitness centre and community pool and spa.
