Maryland Casino LLC has submitted an application to develop $800 million world-class hotel, gaming and entertainment venue in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

To be located on a 22 acre parcel in Fort Washington, Maryland at the intersection of Indian Head Highway and Old Fort Road, the entertainment complex will be branded as Parx Casino Hotel & Spa.

Upon completion, the entertainment complex will feature 4,750 slot machines and 170 table games, accompanied by a 250-room hotel. It will also feature a connected parking structure for 5,000 vehicles.

In addition, Parx will feature branded restaurants and bars and lounges, along with a multi-purpose theatre that will showcase live entertainment performances.
