Mark Moskovitz creates new Facecord Cabinet
Cleveland-based designer Mark Moskovitz has created the new Facecord Cabinet.
The name of the cabinet refers to measurements for firewood. The item is characterised by its unique design which replicates a pile of firewood. The shell of the furniture is made of wood. The distinct design of the cabinet helps it to store various types of objects while concealing its functional aspect from plain sight.
Facecord consists of a pair of small drawers in its upper segment and another two drawers on the lower portion. The rustic traditional look of the item makes it a statement piece even in contemporary interiors. The cabinet is available at a cost of $5,800.
