Lower Mill Estate has launched the new Somerford Reserve Apartments in Cotswolds, UK.

The new lakeside apartments have been designed by Richard Reid and form part of a new village known as Somerford Reserve. The design of the apartments allows views of the encompassing Swillbrook Nature Reserve, 50 acre lake as well as wildlife.

The apartments consist of two- and three-bedroom residences, as well as a pair of penthouses offering views of the nature reserve. The facilities incorporate extensive outdoor living areas along with luxurious interiors comprising spacious living areas. The apartments will allow its residents access to exploration trails, wildlife stayfaris, fishing, canoeing, sailing, and tennis. The apartment dwellers will also be served by a private spa slated to be the UK’s first eco-pool which is purified completely by plants.

The apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of 2012.
