Linden Homes to launch new homes in West Sussex
Linden Homes and partners have planned to launch phase II of Graylingwell Park called Nightingales in Chichester, West Sussex between 8-10 June 2012.
The Nightingales involves construction of apartment and houses and retrofitting of the existing homes at the site into apartments and two-bedroom houses. The project consists one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses. The area of the apartments vary between 522 to 1150 square feet.
Nestled between nature trails and plenty of green open spaces, the development will deliver high-quality, energy efficient homes. Integral to the development is its newly opened community garden, which offers an opportunity to the residents to grow vegetable and fruits. The plans also include an orchard, farm shop and community hall.
The Graylingwell Park scheme is being developed by a consortium consisting of Linden Homes, Affinity Sutton and the Homes & Communities Agency, and is the largest carbon neutral development in the UK.
