Linden Homes to launch new community homes in Wadebridge
UK-based new build property developer Linden Homes will launch a new community home scheme, comprising 48 homes in Wadebridge.
The new community development project will offer an energy-efficient housing scheme. Located on West Hill, it will offer new affordable homes with two, four and five bed room home options.
The new home scheme will incorporate materials and styles of the surrounding area as well as retain the existing hedgerows and stone wall boundaries.
As the development will be close to the Camel Trail and Camel Estuary location, the residents will enjoy benefits from the new cycle, pedestrian routes and recreational areas, adjacent to the location.
Work on the scheme is expected to commence in 2013.
