Leopard launches 34m Leopard Koji superyacht
Italian shipyard Leopard has launched a new 34 metre superyacht called Koji, which is the 16th yacht by the company in this category.
Koji is an open yacht, which has been designed by Andre´Bacigalupo, with interiors designed by Laura Pomponi of Luxury Projects. The yacht features spacious deck areas, which are located both at the stern as well as at the bow. It also has wide sunbathing areas, which can be customised by the owner. The vessel has a guest accommodation capacity of five.
The main deck of the boat, below the helm station, accommodates a stylishly furnished owner’s area while the light-filled saloon is located at the aft of the helm station. The lower deck houses cabins, which consist of midships owner’s cabin, VIP and guest cabins.
The boat also includes quarters for five crew members, which are located aft. The crew quarters have direct access to the galley, the engine room and the other service areas, which are located aft.
The company has used composite Kevlar and fibreglass to build the boat. The superyacht has soundproof engine room and boat state-of-the-art technology, which prevents noise and vibration. The boat is propelled by 2,400hp engines, which is generated by three MTU 16V 2000 M91 engines that enables the yacht to attain a top speed of 45 knots.
