Lee Broom creates Crystal Bulb
London-based designer Lee Broom has come up with the Crystal Bulb.
Broom has created the lamp, in association with Cumbria Crystal. The design of the luminaire draws inspiration from the designer's Decanterlight range and integrates industrial influences with ornamental qualities. All the bulbs are individually hand blown and later cut with a classic crystal pattern.
The design of the bulb makes it ideal to be installed in any standard ceiling, wall or lamp fitting. It can be used both separately or in groups, and also with a light shade which creates interesting light effects.
The light measures 140mm in width, and 90mm in height. It is available separately or with a pendant fitting offering options of a chrome or brushed gold finish. Each cable fitting comes in a silk flex tone matched to the fitting and a ceiling rose.
