Lane Hospitality completes renovation of Crowne Plaza in New Jersey
US-based Lane Hospitality has completed renovation of its New Jersey hotel, Crowne Plaza Clark, and has re-branded it as a Holiday Inn hotel.
The renovation project involved complete redesigning of the building's exterior, lobby, technology, meeting spaces and guestrooms. Following the re-branding, Holiday Inn brand's new "Hub Cafe" concept has been added to the old hotel, which includes an open layout with clean, modern lines and low-key atmosphere and relaxing outdoor retreat.
The hotel has been done up in natural, fresh color palette infused with highlights of energetic colors. The guestrooms feature ergonomic workstations, designed specifically to cater to business travelers. The 192-guestrooms feature crisp, white bedding with pillows in two comfort levels, namely soft and firm. The bathrooms feature a specially-designed showerhead, signature shower curtain, curved shower rod and Bath & Body Works amenities.
Additional amenities at the hotel include more than 8000 square feet of flexible event space for up to 300, six meeting rooms, a fitness center, room service, and complimentary guest parking.
