Land Securities to refurbish Oxford House, W1 in UK
UK-based Land Securities Group plc has submitted plans to Westminster City Council for the refurbishment of the Oxford House, W1, which is designed by British architect Piercy & Co.
Situated opposite Soho’s Dean Street, the renovated 1960’s Oxford House will feature a new façade and 89 apartments above the reconfigured prime retail accommodation.
Upon completion, the Oxford House will provide a broad range of well-specified, designer apartments, which will range from studios to penthouses across the second to ninth floors. The building will also feature a striking and elegant new façade benefiting from the views across Soho and Fitzrovia.
Breathing a fresh life into Oxford House, the refurbishment will provide high quality and modern apartments as well as well-configured retail accommodation by regenerating the east end of Oxford Street.
