Lancaster Homes opens Phase II of Candlelight Place in Houston
Lancaster Homes, a family-owned company of Houston home builders, has opened Phase II in Candlelight Place, a new neighbourhood in Oak Forest area, Houston.
Adding 14 acres to the entire neighbourhood, Phase II of Candlelight Place will add 22 new homes. It will be designed to accommodate different plans and layouts to fit each individual lot with the best use of the land. The living square footage range of the homes will be from 3,500 to 5,500 square feet. It will also feature socialising places, parks, children play area, jogging tracks, etc.
Custom home building option is also available for the home buyers. Candlelight Place covers about 22 acres in the Oak Forest / Garden Oaks communities, out of which, Candlelight Place Phase I covers eight acres and Candlelight Phase II will comprise 14 acres. Phase I comprises 46 homes and the number will increase to 68 with the opening of Phase II of Candlelight Place.
