New York-based investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P., in partnership with Hines and Pinto Realty Partners, will develop the Pinto Business Park in Houston, US.

Upon completion, the 971 acre master-planned business park will be the largest development-ready business park in Houston.

The design for the roads, drainage, detention, and infrastructure has been completed and the site is shovel- ready, with tracts available for immediate construction and delivery. The development program includes an immediate focus on build-to-suit transactions and individual land sales to corporate end-users.

When fully built out, the nine million square feet park will offer manufacturing clients a large-scale, controlled business park setting, and distribution clients the benefit of a location that has frontage and eight access points on the city's main connections to Houston and its surrounding markets.
