Kier Living completes new housing scheme in Grimscott
UK-based Kier Living has completed the construction of a new affordable housing scheme, named as 1-7 East Park Close for Sanctuary Group in Grimscott, North Devon.
Situated on a private estate, the 1-7 East Park Close comprises five, two- and three-bedroom houses and two, two-bedroom flats. It also features ample gardens for the recreation of the residents. Each garden features a shed with built-in bicycle locks, rain water butts and compost bins, as well as private parking.
As part of the Sanctuary scheme, Kier Living has also provided four additional parking spaces for existing residents to replace space used for the new site.
Providing much-needed affordable homes, the 1-7 East Park Close affordable housing scheme is the second scheme that Kier Living has completed for Sanctuary Group.
