KB Home opens Stapleton Conservatory Green residential scheme in Stapleton
US-based KB Home has opened a new built-to-order modern residential scheme called Stapleton Conservatory Green outside of Denver, Colorado which is the builder’s fifth new home community in Stapleton.
Constructed with energy-efficient and sustainable design principles, the new homes in Stapleton Conservatory Green offer six two-storey floor plans, with two or three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and two-car garages.
Inspired from agricultural heritage of the land, the homes offer basement options to convert a bedroom to a loft or den space as well as the ability to extend garages for additional storage space. Apart from that the new homes also provide various interior décor features and finishes such as cabinetry, flooring and light fixtures to the home buyers.
The community’s centre features a gathering place for hosting entertainment, farmers markets and other events. Parks and walking trails are incorporated throughout the community, which provide natural extensions of homeowners’ private yards as well as foster neighbourhood interaction.
All homes are Energy Star certified and include WaterSense labeled fixtures, which can help conserve the precious natural resources and lower the energy and water utility bills of the home dwellers.
