Jori presents Bloom armchair at Interieur 2012

Industrial and product design company David Fox Design has created Bloom armchair for the Belgian contemporary leather seating furniture manufacturer Jori, which was presented at Interieur 2012 in Belgium.

Offering natural design, durability and comfort, the Bloom chair has drawn inspiration from the natural bloom of a flower and the unfolding of petals.

Upholstered with organic material and supported by a veneer chalice, the Bloom chair is offered in pure and elegant shapes. The chair has been engineered using a reholtz 3d plywood outershell.

Providing comfortable seating options, the Bloom chair is available in two options of a chair with central rotating four toes base in polished aluminium or two tubular steel feet resulting in a comfortable lounge chair.

The Interieur Design Awards is a biennial design competition organised since 1970 by the Biennale Interieur npo, located in Kortrijk, Belgium. This year's event was held from 13-22 October. Jori presented Bloom chair at stand 528 in hall 5.
