ISG to develop mixed-use scheme in Notting Hill
ISG Plc has been awarded a £5.5 million ($8.42 million) contract by Medici Asset Management, with backing from Oakvest, to develop a mixed-use luxury residential and office scheme at Westbourne Grove Mews in Notting Hill, UK.
Demolishing the existing warehouse building, the new project will retain party walls at both sides and the rear of the property. The scheme includes the construction of two three-bedroom homes, which feature two-storey basement accommodation along with a 2,131 square feet high specification office accommodation.
In keeping with the surrounding built environment, the design of the two-storey building will feature traditional London brick, aluminium windows and a pitched slate roof.
Upon completion the residential community will feature various amenities like a swimming pool, media room and gym within the two-storey basement. The scheme also includes secure off road parking provision for residents and the installation of a double car stacker system within the basement.
Designed as a luxurious scheme, the residential project will feature bespoke carpentry, natural stone finishes, high-end AV controls and a sophisticated building management system.
The mixed-use project is scheduled for completion in October 2014.
