Isabell Hamm creates Madrid LED pendant for Mawa Design
German firm Mawa Design has come up with the new Madrid pendant.
The design of the luminaire has been conceived by Isabell Hamm. It is powered by LEDs and is also dimmable. The light is equipped with 184 individual hooks which are made of glass. The glass hooks are suspended from a primary traverse and perimeter metal band donning an oval shape.
The entire light is suspended with the help of four wire cables featuring a super thin and transparent nature. This offers a floating look to the light. The LED pendant generates ambient lighting in blue tone when switched on. Madrid possesses dimensions of 1499 x 2800 x 224mm.
