IHG signs debut Hotel Indigo brand in Wales
IHG has signed its first Hotel Indigo boutique hotel brand in Wales, UK christened Hotel Indigo Queen Street Cardiff.
The new hotel will be situated in Dominion’s House, on Queen Street and will be created by transforming an existing office building. The hotel will house a total of 92 rooms with its style reminiscent of the community’s Victorian heritage. The interior design of the facility will draw reference from Cardiff Castle, Bute Park, as well as Park House.
The top storey of the building will consist of a 280 square metre restaurant and bar area. It will also feature a 24/7 fitness centre, characteristic of the brand. In addition, the new property will offer Wi-Fi access throughout, which is evident across all Indigo hotels in Europe.
