If Only We Could Work Where and When We Want and Need to Be
... says Richard Stevens, founder and creative director of forpeople

The ‘opening’ of work spaces for collaboration has become mainstream but people are now migrating from these spaces to seek privacy, focus and inspiration.
The question is whether we will need a fixed destination for the way we work in the future. Shouldn’t we be able to work in a more agile way, within our own adjustable (and moveable) spaces?
Autonomous travel is just around the corner, so imagine a nomadic, flexible and connected space that moves us to wherever we want or need to be, so that we can create more freely, on the go, or at a destination.
We could be running design workshops by the beach in Cornwall, 3D printing our design concepts on the way to a client meeting, liaising with model makers on-site or seeking inspiration for a project in the middle of Soho.
