If Only... Kitchens were for everyone
Says Shane Hilton

I believe kitchens should be for people who love cooking as well as for those who don't. If you want to be creative in the kitchen, you need the very best in ingredients, appliances and skills. A nano garden allows you to grow organic produce at an accelerated rate in a climate-controlled environment, therefore anything from the four corners of the globe can be grown. The laser 'scan-a-tronic' oven knows what you've put into it and therefore how it needs to be cooked. Recipe apps, growing apps and reality apps can be downloaded and applied to the devices and appliances. Or you take a cooking lesson from your own favourite holographic TV chef. If cooking seems like a chore, or you're on a diet, augmented reality and sensory glasses allow you experience the smells and tastes of a gourmet meal super quick while actually only eating vital vitamins, minerals, proteins, fibre, fat, sugars and carbohydrates in tablet and supplement form. But what about a Star Trek-type food 'replicator' I hear you ask? Maybe next century.
