ICON Yachts launches 63m Maidelle super-yacht
Dutch luxury yacht builder ICON Yachts has launched a 63-meter super-yacht christened Maidelle.
The exterior of the vessel has been designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon Design while its interior has been styled by Cristiano Gatto. Jouke van der Baan served as the naval architect.
The super-yacht comprises an owner's cabin, a main saloon measuring 17 metres in length, along with formal and informal wide entertainment spaces. The owner's cabin is segregated into two decks with a direct link to a panoramic saloon.
The vessel makes extensive use of glossy-finished woods including mahogany, rosewood, ebony and walnut canaletto. The wardrobe interiors are adorned in citron wood. The look is complemented by use of natural stones like natural stone treated with oils.
The vessel is built to Lloyds register and MCA specifications. It is due to be delivered to its owner in mid-2012.
