Hyatt Hotels Corporation to open new hotel in China
Hospitality brand Hyatt Hotels Corporation has entered into a management agreement with an affiliate of Huayuan Property Co., Ltd to open a new hotel named as Grand Hyatt Changsha in the Hunan Province in central China.
Centrally located in the most prestigious commercial and business areas along the Xiangjiang River in downtown Changsha, the new 324-room Grand Hyatt Changsha will be part of “The Central,” a mega mixed-use complex that will feature high-end residential buildings, office spaces, and luxury shopping facilities.
The new Grand Hyatt Changsha will be situated on the upper floors of the 268-meter-high skyscraper. To provide a luxury staying experience both to the leisure as well as business travelers, the Grand Hyatt Changsha will feature an array of amenities like restaurants and bars, multi-purpose meeting and banquet facilities, a fitness centre, a pool, and a spa.
