Hilton to open new property in Saudi Arabia
Global hospitality company Hilton Worldwide has entered into a management agreement with Hamad Abdulaziz Almousa Trading Group to open a new property named as DoubleTree by Hilton Al Khobar in the Eastern Province of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Located downtown in the city’s picturesque Corniche, the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Khobar Corniche will feature 158 guest rooms, two boardrooms, a conference hall and two meeting rooms. To provide a luxury staying experience to the guests, the hotel will also feature a health club and swimming pool, two restaurants and a lounge.
The DoubleTree by Hilton Al Khobar Corniche is the third Hilton Worldwide pipeline hotel planned for Al Khobar and the 17th in Saudi Arabia.
The construction of the property is underway with the hotel scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2014.
