Hackett Holland installs media wall by Rousseau Design
London-based design studio Rousseau Design has created a Media Wall for west London-based architects Hackett Holland.
The media wall is made of anthracite distressed leather. The wall incorporates advanced equipment and lighting fixtures for all the five stories of the property. It includes Wisdom speakers, a Panasonic plasma TV measuring 50 inches, Xbox 360, ps3, as well as Nintendo wii. Satellite, DVD, CD and games collections are among the other features installed in the wall. All these equipments have been designed to remain concealed, thereby maintaining the aesthetics of the space.
The building is also fitted with a projector suspended from the ceiling in a hidden cradle. The cradle projects onto a 2400mm screen. A similar media wall from the company comes at a cost ranging from £15K ($23.62K) excluding AV equipment.
