Ground broken for Deephaven Woods Senior Living scheme in Minnesota

St. Therese Catholic Church, in partnership with Ebenezer Society, has broken ground for the Deephaven Woods Senior Living in Minnesota, which is designed to offer housing options to the region’s growing senior population.

Located on a 14-acre site, part of the church’s 26-acre campus, the new Deephaven Woods Senior Living is a two-storey development. It consists of 78 units of independent, assisted living, memory care and Care Suite apartments.

The scheme will be enhanced by onsite amenities including a chapel, heated underground parking garage, an expansive two-storey lobby, and outdoor patios, porches, gardens and walking paths.

The project will be built by Kraus-Anderson, and managed by Ebenezer Management Services. St. Therese Catholic Church has partnered with Ebenezer Society to form St. Therese Senior Living, LLC, a joint venture that will build Deephaven Woods.

Deephaven Woods Senior Living is expected to open by spring/summer of 2014.
