Godrej Properties launches Godrej Summit Phase III project in Gurgaon
Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of Mumbai-based Godrej Group in partnership with Zara Sanya, has launched the phase III of Godrej Summit residential project in Gurgaon, India.
Located near Dwarka Expressway in Sector 104, Gurgaon, the new phase consists of a total saleable area of approximately 200,000 square feet. Customers can choose from 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and penthouse apartments ranging in size from 1,712 square feet to 4,925 square feet.
The various amenities of the residential scheme include a modern community centre, a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pools, meditation/yoga areas and a café.
Apart from that the project also includes sports facilities such as an indoor squash court, a tennis court, a badminton court, a multipurpose court, a jogging track and a skating rink.
For the convenience of the home dwellers, the project will also feature a nursery and primary schools as well as retail spaces.
The sustainable features of the project include the use of eco-friendly materials and integration of environment-sensitive passive architectural solutions to minimise carbon emissions associated with the development. Features like rainwater harvesting, and solar heating and lighting will be incorporated in the project design. Furthermore, 80% of the project will be covered in landscaped gardens and open spaces.
