Godrej Properties launches Godrej Platinum residential scheme in Kolkata
India-based Godrej Properties Ltd, the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, has launched its new residential project, Godrej Platinum, in Alipore, Kolkata, which is designed by the global architectural firm Perkins Eastman.
Sprawling over approximately 1.4 acres of land, this project will offer 35 luxurious homes. The apartment sizes will range between 3,762 square feet to 5,075 square feet.
The centrally air-conditioned apartments will feature luxurious and spacious bedrooms with exclusive wardrobe areas. Designed to be intelligent homes, all the apartments will be fitted with state-of-the-art home automation systems. Each apartment will have spacious outdoor private decks for entertainment.
Adding to that Godrej Platinum will also offer an array of amenities like a well-equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, indoor games, and dedicated kids play area.
The sustainable feature of the project includes the use of eco-friendly materials and the integration of environment-sensitive passive architectural solutions to minimise carbon emissions. Features like electric car charging facility, rainwater harvesting, low VOC paints, and water-efficient fixtures will be incorporated in the project design.
