Godrej Properties Ltd. the real estate development arm of the India-based Godrej Group, has completed the Phase I of a residential scheme, known as Godrej Prakriti, in Sodepur, Kolkata.

Spread over 22 acres of lush greenery, the first phase of Godrej Prakriti residential scheme comprises five towers, which features 2 BHK, 2 BHK study and 3 BHK modern apartments. All these apartments measure between 929 square feet to 1,060 square feet.

There are 537 apartments that have been delivered in Phase I of this project.
