GNTC breaks ground on horticulture classroom building

The Georgia Northwestern Technical College (GNTC) has broken ground on a new horticulture classroom building in its Floyd County campus in Georgia, US.

The project has been estimated to have a budget of $260,000. The new building has been designed by architect Mike Page of Rome's P & C Design build while Cedartown-based Earley Construction will serve as the developer. The facility will span over an area of 2,710 square feet.

The building will house a pair of classrooms which will be dedicated for horticulture. Among the various other features of the new property include several offices, a break room, a storage space, an advanced greenhouse, as well as restrooms.

The entire project is expected to be completed in a period of about six months.
