US-based Glimcher Realty Trust in partnership with real estate development company Crescent Communities has announced plans to develop luxury apartment community at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Located on the Northeast corner of the property along Greenway-Hayden Road, the residential community will feature 275-units and include various upscale amenities and modern décor to cater to the needs of today’s home dwellers.

Residential amenities will include an elevated resort-style pool and a two-story state-of-the-art fitness center with views of McDowell Mountains.

Apart from that the scheme will also provide front-door access to exclusive retail, premier restaurants and great entertainment, including iPicTheaters, Eddie V’s, Dominick’s and True Food.

The construction on the site for the luxury apartment will start in late 2013.
