Malaysia-based Genting Group has unveiled plans to develop Resorts World Las Vegas, a new luxury resort in Las Vegas, Nevada, which is Genting's first resort casino in the city.

Sprawling over 87 acres of land, the new Resorts World Las Vegas will be a world-class destination resort, which will be developed in multiple phases.

The phase I of the project will deliver 3,500 rooms as well as 175,000 square feet of total gaming space across several gaming floors, and several luxury dining and retail amenities.

The proposed resort will also include convention space for Las Vegas trade shows, which will attract international business travelers with a distinct focus on business-to-business events and conferences.
