Gensler opens new office in Newport Beach
Marking its 30th anniversary in Orange County, the global design firm Gensler has opened a new creative workplace in Newport Beach, California.
Created with new architectural design, Gensler Newport Beach location features fountain motor court, an interconnecting stair and a newly created loft space. The first and second floor of 4675 MacArthur Court includes a ground floor entry to Gensler Newport Beach.
Based on extensive workplace research, Gensler’s Newport Beach office has been designed by incorporating all four work modes - focus, collaboration, learning and socialisation.
Creating an energetic, next generation office space, the Gensler Newport Beach has integrated a variety of work settings, including a design innovation lab, circular resource library, a public gallery and café, and informal meeting spaces, drawing upon an abundance of natural daylight.
Apart from that the new office also features onsite gym and a new open-air plaza, designed as a mobile work area with complimentary WiFi and plug-ins for laptops.
Designed by fusing the commitment to sustainability and the modern beach house concept, the Gensler Newport Beach is pursuing for LEED Platinum certification.
