Galliford Try secures Brook House regeneration scheme in London


Galliford Try plc, the housebuilding and construction group, has secured a new £38 million contract to regenerate the Brook House site in North London.


Registered Provider Newlon Housing Trust has chosen the Partnerships business of Galliford Try, to complete a major new project on the site of the former Cannon Rubber factory in Tottenham.

The regeneration project will create 222 new homes including one-, two- and three-bed apartments, new commercial space, and a new two-form entry primary school which can accommodate 420 pupils.

Construction of the project is expected to begin in June 2013, with completion expected by mid 2015.
