Italian sanitaryware, washbasins, shower trays and bathroom product manufacturer Galassia has won the best stand award at the 2012 Cersaie for its creation Ergo, designed by Antonio Pascale.

The award is divided into categories called 'tiles' and 'bathroom furniture.' Winning the best stand award, Galassia Ceramic has been chosen in the bathroom furniture category. Focusing on innovation, research and design, Ergo from the Galassia collection was exhibited at Cersaie.

Keeping the aesthetic sense closer to nature, Antonio Pascale has designed the Ergo collection. The collection features round and pure shapes, which references nature in its various forms.

Designed to meet the practical needs of daily life, Ergo is composed of a large range of articles, which can meet everyday requirements. The collection offers wall-hung and laid-on sanitaryware, furniture, mirrors and accessories in Iroko wood like roll-holders, towel-racks, lamps and hooks.

Cersaie fair invites exhibitions of the products with aesthetic and technological innovations. The 2012 edition was held in Bologna, Italy from 25-29 September.
