Freire completes 73.6m Pegaso super-yacht

Spain-based Freire Shipyard has completed the construction of the 73.6-metre super-yacht named Pegaso.

The design of the vessel's exterior has been conceived by H2 Yacht Design while its interior has been styled by Mark Berryman. BMT Nigel Gee and Associates has served as the naval architect. The yacht comprises six large cabins for guests which have a combined capacity to house a maximum of twelve. It also sports separate accommodation for its 27 crew members. A submarine measuring nine metres, and a helipad built to commercial standards are among some of the distinct features of the super-yacht.

The superstructure of Pegaso is made of aluminium which is complemented by an ice-class steel hull. The vessel is powered by a pair of CAT engines which offer it a cruising speed of 14 knots and a maximum speed of 18 knots. The vessel complies by MCA and Lloyds Register specifications.
