Freecultr opens first digital pop-out store
Freecultr, a premium lifestyle apparel brand, has opened its first digital pop-out store in Mumbai, India with the support of DDB MudraMax to extend its presence from an online environment to an offline space.
The new 24x7 store allows customers to touch, feel, try and buy their products instantly.
The concept store’s interactive design provides better experience for consumers than in a physical store space. The new pop-out store has been designed to help consumers experience the quality of fabrics, colour, brand and the product that fits each individual.
Through 3G powered iPads and a stationery wi-fi enabled desktop, complete with interactive LED screens, the store allows consumers to browse the catalogue and place orders. Consumers were also provided with the option to walk away from the store knowing their exact sizes and measurements using the FREECULTR Size Card. They can then use the card to place their order online.
Once consumers try out any product, they can head straight to the ‘Order Bar’ which is manned by trained personnel. Once the order is placed, the products will be shipped and delivered to the consumer’s doorstep the next day.
Freecultr hopes to open such stores in other locations too.
