Forestar, Guggenheim partner on multi-family project in Denver

US-based real estate developers Forestar Group Incorporated and Guggenheim have inked a joint venture agreement for development of a luxury multi-family community, dubbed as 360°, in Denver, Colorado.

The 360° will be located in the Greenwood Plaza Business Park, the fifth largest business park in Metro Denver and will be only a few blocks from the Arapahoe Light Rail station. The entire project, including the interiors of the homes, has been designed by JG Johnson Architects.

The project involves construction of a two, four-storey tall residential tower, which will together offer 304 residential units. The towers will be wrapped around a six-storey parking structure. The residential units will be a mix of studios, one and two-bedroom apartments. Inside, each apartment will have a contemporary layout, punctuated by high quality interior finishes.

The amenities at the community includes a rooftop deck, a resort-style pool, grilling areas, outdoor living areas, an upscale clubhouse, executive business center, and fitness facilities.

The residents will enjoy breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains including Pikes Peak from their apartments. The proximity of the development to the Arapahoe Light Rail station will also add to the convenience of the residents and assist it to achieve sustainable goal.

The project is designed to achieve Energy Star certification. Construction on the project is scheduled to start in August 2012.
