Forestar Group opens Promesa multifamily lifestyle community
Forestar Group Incorporation has opened Promesa multifamily lifestyle community in Austin, Texas, US.
The new community has been designed by Kelly Grossman Architects with its urban interior styled by Leslie Fossler Interiors. The community consists of 14 buildings featuring 289 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. The apartment units imbibe a contemporary ranch-style offering six large floor plans.
The property comprises common areas such as a resort-style pool, outdoor grilling area and fireside lounge. Among the various other features of the community include dog park with grooming area, media room, tech centre with conference room, as well as an advanced athletic centre. The facility also has abundance of green spaces and has been built to reap energy savings. Every apartment home of the community is individually certified under Austin Energy Green Building Programme.
