Forbo launches new entrance flooring matting
Dutch flooring manufacturer Forbo Flooring Systems has launched a new entrance flooring matting called Coral Welcome.
Coral Welcome is an environment friendly flooring matting, whose style and aesthetic is an amalgamation of entrance flooring system and luxury carpets.
The new range is offered in eight, contemporary palates, which includes Electric blue, lime green, lush sunset red, pink, and volcanic orange as well as more traditional blacks, greys and browns. The colors run through a black base yarn, which creates a striking effect.
The yarns and backing cloth of the matting are completely made of recycled material. The yarn is recovered from old carpet and fishing nets, while the primary backing is made from recycled PET bottles and recycled yarn. The range is manufactured at a plant that has achieved virtually zero landfill.
Coral Welcome claims to prevent up to 90% of dirt and moisture entering a building, thereby saving up to 65% of the life-time cleaning costs of flooring. Coral Welcome is a cut pile construction, which enables it to retain its striking appearance all through its life.
