London-based Ridgeford Properties and Manhattan Loft Corp. have won the ULI Global Award for Excellence at the 2012 Urban Land Institute Awards in Denver, Colorado for Fitzrovia Apartment project.

Designed by HOK International, the Fitzrovia Apartment project reinforces the allure of Marylebone and Fitzrovia villages. It comprises 70 apartments, with 11 premium apartments and four penthouses to be unveiled in the market in late 2012.

Offering the ultimate living experience in W1 London, the apartments showcase immaculate detail and design. It features a glazed reception area with double height ceilings that opens onto a courtyard with stunning landscaped gardens, providing tranquillity for residents away from the busy London streets.

Fitzrovia Apartments had won the competition against 29 global finalists displaying a broad mix of projects. The ULI Global Award for Excellence honour the highest standards of achievement in the development community that go beyond good design.
